You may remember that we reported the highly controversial release of The Haunting of Sharon Tate last year. Since then, the outrage surrounding the production has not only sparked worldwide media attention, but the film has been heavily criticised by Sharon Tate‘s own sister, Debra Tate (renowned for expressing her disgust at all this cult fascination).
However, this has evidently not dampened writer/director Daniel Farrands‘ spirits, as the poster of this true crime flick has now been revealed in all its controversial glory, alongside its equally eye-opening trailer.
The paranormal production follows pregnant Tate (Hilary Duff) in her final days, before being brutally slaughtered by members of the “Manson Family” in 1969.
Check out the official trailer below, and let us know if you think it’s worthy of being branded with the coveted “R” rating.
