With less than a month until the digital release of Bernard Pucher’s Ravers, the film’s team has treated us to a new trailer and poster. Billed by The Hollywood News as “a real crowd-pleaser” and “one party you’ll want to attend”, Pucher’s new film chronicles the gory exploits inside the seedy underbelly of illegal raves.
A group of clubbers dives headfirst into a night of techno, drugs, and hedonism at an abandoned warehouse. However, this party isn’t like any other, and a mysterious energy drink causes the night to take a blood-splattered turn. The partygoers must now fight to escape the slaughter alive. Their group includes the germaphobic Becky (Georgia Hirst), who as well as trying to escape a killer will have to overcome her crippling fear of grime and blood.
No film about the rave scene would be complete without an EDM soundtrack. Ravers boasts an impressive soundtrack featuring everything from industry legends like Maceo Plex to underground heroes such as Katharsys. Check out the trailer below:
Starring: Georgia Hirst (Vikings), Eve Connolly (Vikings, Into the Badlands), Natasha Henstridge (Species, Ghosts of Mars) and Danny Kirrane (Poldark, Wasted).
Ravers is released on March 16th, promising gore, suspense, and a thrill ride for any party lover. Pre-order it on iTunes here.
